Jeanie Shepherd has been among horses all of her life,. She has trained and taught as a professional since 1989, has raised Quarter Horses, and trained horses since 1981, trained and raced barrel horses since 1992, and became interested in “Natural Horsemanship” in 1998.The Parelli Method became the focus of her career, and continues to be her “school of choice.” What she has learned by being a Parelli student is reflected in her style of teaching. Jeanie has an in depth understanding of holistic healing and complementary horse care, and is very generous with sharing her knowledge.

Jill Maufort has been teaching horses and riders for many years, and is well-renowned for her kindness and patience with equine and humans alike. While she specializes in “Natural Horsemanship” methods, she does not adhere to any one particular method. Rather, her focus is always on deepening the level of communication, therefore strengthening the bond between horse and human partner. She teaches how to “listen to your horse” and how to communicate in a way your horse can understand, using a lot of positive reinforcement for both horse and rider, setting up a win-win partnership. Jill enjoys passing on her knowledge and experience to benefit other horse lovers and their horses.
